Shocking details emerge on the case of the alleged killer police woman, Caroline Jemutai Kangogo emerge. Investigations indicate that Caroline might have been part of rogue police syndicate operating in Rift Valley especially in Eldoret, Nakuru, Kapsabet and Kericho which carries out extortion, robberies, protection of politicians and business persons.
Investigative agencies suspect members of the rogue intricate are shielding her from the authorities and also from another intricate that might be baying for her blood.
The two intricates are suspected to be part of a large web of intricaes operating in Rift Valley which the investigative agencies lead by Director of Criminal Investigations are seeking to unravel.
Detectives who spoke to Unreported Ke and sought anonymity said that their preliminary investigations indicate that there more to the killings of John Ongweno of Kasarani Police Station Nakuru County and Peter Ndwiga, a former police officer who used to run a security firm in Juja, whose deaths are being associated with Caroline Jemutai Kangogo.
The detectives said if indeed Caroline Kangogo ,John Ongweno, then she might have been in company of other unknown suspects. In a report that Unreported Ke saw, detectives indicated that the death of John Ngweno resulted from a struggle between more than two individuals.
Death of John Ongweno is also suspected to be an inside job which a couple of police officers might have been involved though the investigative agencies are yet to unravel.
Police officers trailing Caroline Jemutai Kangogo also hinted to us that she has been in contact with senior police officers and dangerous criminal gangs which have been on police radar.
