Faustine Lipuku Lukale fondly referred to as Baba Talisha or Baba T fame has gone far and wide after spearheading the fundraising of over Ksh 8 million meant to give Brian Chira a befitting send-off and build his grandmother a house.
Though he was a common Tiktok influencer, Brian Chira’s demise expanded his fan base to Facebook and X (formerly Twitter) where he is being praised for the kindness he showed Chira’s family.
What many Kenyans do not know about Baba Talisha is that he is a single father and he has been raising their daughter singlehandedly. He has been juggling between parenting and business which is not an easy task.
His wife, Malkia, died in 2020 following a grisly road accident along Thika Road. They only had one child, Talisha, and he was in his fourth year at Kenyatta University where he was pursuing Bachelor of Science in Health Records and Information Management.
Talisha sustained serious injuries during the accident and spent one month in the ICU and another ward in a general ward.
She had also lost her memory and had to relearn basic things from eating, talking and walking. Through the help of their doctor, Baby Talisha has been recuperating well with minor challenges.
Recently, Faustine revealed that one of her daughter’s brain nerves had been tampered with during the accident and one of her eyes had lost sight.
Baba Talisha Career
Faustine Lipuku Lukale is a Records and Information Management expert by profession, however, his career took a distinct path after completion of his studies. He is now a professional photographer and owns a photography and videography production company.
He also runs a YouTube Channel, Malkia Faustine, named after his late wife Malkia.
