Kasarani woman who was pushed from second floor by her boyfriend tells police to withdraw case, says she is to blame for causing fracas on the day of the incident at her boyfriend’s apartment.
The altercation started when Ms Cynthia Mboya who allegedly hails from Ruiru arrived at her boyfriend’s, Kiptoo, apartment and started accusing him of being in a relationship with another unidentified woman. The boyfriend was in company of another friend who identified as Ian Kipkorir.
The confrontation led to Ms Mboya breaking a TV belonging to the boyfriend, an act that ended with Cynthia being pushed from the second floor to the ground floor.
Following the incident, Ms Mboya was rushed to Uhai Neema Hospital where she has been receiving treatment until when she was released.
Her Boyfriend Kiptoo and his friend Ian Kipkorir were arrested and arraigned in court.
Cynthia Mboya is however seeking closure of the case citing that she is the one to blame for the incident.
According to her new statement, Cynthia says that she is the one who started the altercation by dramatically accusing the boyfriend of being in a relationship with another damsel and even went ahead to break his television. The altercation led to a physical confrontation and she ended up falling from second floor.
She now wants the investigative agencies to close the case and the two suspects be released unconditionally.
