Boxing champion of the famous Sungunyo fist set to be back to Nairobi for another contest with a Russia boxing champion. A Tanzanian boxer who recently caused stir in Nairobi after fighting and winning against Africa champion Daniel Wanyonyi, is set to be back in Nairobi again in the cause of February where a title fight between him and a Russia boxer is being organized. Madonga became popular in Kenya after he claimed that his Sungunyo fist which he discovered while in Russia will make him win against Wanyonyi. For the first time, Kenyans flocked KICC to witness the Sungunyo fist which he claimed he discovered in Russia. Luckily, Madonga fought to his hype and clout and won the match against the Kenyan champion, Mr Wanyonyi. According to his management, Madonga was to be arranged four other title fights if he won the fight against Wanyonyi. “We had an agreement that if he wins that fight, then we will organize four title fights for him. Now we will have the first on March 18. We are in talks with a Russian boxer and we will reveal the details soon,” one of the local media outlets was told. On the material day which Madonga will be engaging the Russian, there will be four other fights featuring the famous Zarika, Rayton Okwiri, Sara Achieng and Maurice Okola. The four fights will climax with Madonga and Russian fight. Sara Achieng was scheduled to travel to Belgium for a title fight but it was called off since he could not get her Visa on time. Kenyans are now waiting for the d-day to witness Madonga vs Russian title fight.
