Kenya Kwanza major principals are edging closer to a pre-election coalition agreement in line with the Political Parties Act amended recently to give room for Coalition Political Parties. The Kenya Kwanza coalition agreement is between Musalia Mudavadi, Moses Wetangula and William Samoei Ruto of United Democratic Alliance.
The agreement, seen by Unreported Ke, William Ruto will get a 60% share of the government while ANC and Ford Kenya combined will get a share of 40%. This agreement document by technical committee made of representatives from UDA, FORD Kenya and ANC indicates that William Ruto will be named the coalition flag bearer and also have the rights to pick a running mate from Mt Kenya.
The agreement however, excludes Mt Kenya Party Leaders led by Mwangi Kiunjuri, Moses Kuria and William Kabogo giving a signal of possibility of them being edged out of the coalition.
The three had been initially coerced to fold their parties which Ruto had termed as village parties and join UDA but Moses Kuria and Mwangi Kiunjuri remained adamant and stood their ground of building their parties.
One of Moses Kuria confidants who spoke to us on condition of anonymity, told Unreported that Moses Kuria is regretting insulting Raila Odinga and Uhuru Kenyatta and all what he gets in return is hatred and seclusion in UDA.
According to the anonymous source that spoke to Unreported Ke, Moses Kuria woes begun when he started shining more than William Ruto allies in political rallies.
On 3rd April, Moses Kuria who was to join William Ruto caravan in Nyandarua disappeared immediately after church service in Olkarau after cold reception from Ruto allies who had even been facilitated with an helicopter.
