Juja Man pledge guilty for sexually harassing a 21 years old man, denies rape charges.
A man from Juja who was arraigned at Thika Law courts before Chief Magistrate Stella Atambo has shocked the world after he pledged guilty of sexually harassing the complainant on different dates in a village known as a Ndarasha located in Juja Constituency.
According to the complainant, the accused, Simon Nderitu Mwangi, had introduced himself as a pastor to his family and used to give him gifts and money not knowing that he was being preyed on by the fake pastor.
The complainant medical reports presented before Thika Law Courts indicated that then high school student had injuries around his anus area.
Simon Nderitu told the court that he was guilty for the sexual assault charges but denied ever raping the unnamed complainant.
Additionally, in a shocking narration, the accused narrated to the presiding chief magistrate how he is no longer attracted to women. According to Nderitu, he prefers dating men and he is addicted to homosexuality.
The accused also asked the court why he was being crucified for his sexual preference and orientation before narrating how homosexuals interact in the internet and through secretive groups across the country in almost all towns.
Nderitu also revealed that members of the homosexuality groups extend across all ages and at they have moment they have members who are form one students.
