Kenya Girl Goes Missing in Saudi Arabia moments after raising alarm with her parents in Kenya.
The 28 years old girl had gone to Saudi Arabia to look for greener pastures through the aid of an unnamed Kenyan agency.
According to her mother, Njeri Mwangi, the girl allegedly started receiving death threats and torture from her employer prompting her to run for safety at a police station.
Saudia police however handed her over to the receiver agency that received her from the Kenya based agency. While at the agency, she was allegedly subjected to physical and psychological torture.
The 28 years old girl requested the Saudi agency to contact their counterparts in Kenya but instead she was forced to confess she is okay in a video call.
Fortunately, she was locked in a cell at the agency alongside another Kenyan girl who had managed sneak in a mobile phone. She used the phone to make a distress call to her family members back in Kenya.
The family now suspect that their daughter Muthoni has been separated by the lady who had sneaked a mobile phone because she has not contacted them for the last three days.
They now want the government to intervene and help them bring back their 28 years old daughter back to the country.
This comes amidst increased concerns of the welfare of Kenyans who travel to gulf countries to look for greener pastures.
