Woman fined Ksh 20,000 or six months jail term for obstructing traffic along Thika Road at Roysambu while having sex.
A middle-aged woman has been fined KSH 20,000 or a six months jail term by the Makadara law courts for causing traffic snarl along Thika road.
The crimes which she admitted were presented to the court by traffic police officers who approached her car after it caused a huge traffic snarl up along the Super Highway.
Police privy to matter accused the two woman and her lover of parking the car on the road as they had a steamy encounter. Their action caused piling of traffic along the highway inconveniencing other road users.
Upon being requested to move their car by the police, the woman got angry with the traffic police for interrupting their steamy session to a point of daring the police to shoot them.
The police were forced to ask for reinforcement from Kasarani Police Station. The accused was arrested and booked to appear in court on where she admitted the charges.
