More Details Emerge following the untimely death of LGBTQ crusader Edwin Chiloba.
Few hours after their caretaker claimed to have seen Chiloba’s roommate with a metallic box which was later found with Chiloba’s body, it has now emerged that Chiloba’s roommate, Jacktone Odhiambo is married and they have one kid with his lover.
Jactone Odhiambo’s wife and Edwin Chiloba also knew each other very well and the three had several photo shoots together.
The new details have raised concerns on the intentions behind Edwin Chiloba murder twisting the motive from LGBTQ intolerance to love triangle gone sour.
Recap on Chiloba’s Death
Chiloba’s murder came as a shocker to the nation and LGBTQ community days after a metallic box was dumped with unknown person’s body. Police based in Eldoret reported that the person was dressed in woman’s clothes.
A few days later, on Thursday 5th January 2022, it emerged that the body which was dumped by a car whose number plates were concealed belonged to one Edwin Chiloba.
Preliminary investigations by the authorities placed his roommate Jactone Odhiambo at the murder scene. The caretaker of the apartment they lived in also confessed to have seen Chiloba’s roommate with a metallic box which was used to dump the deceased decomposing body.
The caretaker had also apprehended Jactone Odhiambo over a foul smell that was emanating from their rented house but Jactone explained the foul smell was from a big rat that had died on their couch and they had not gotten rid of it.
The foul smell however disappeared miraculously after Jactone was seen moving a heavy metallic box with the aid of an unknown person from their house.
Tenants living adjacent to Chiloba and Jactone claimed to have heard confrontation in their house which however disappeared in a few minutes.
Jactone had also notified the caretaker that they were vacating the house raising concerns on why they were in a hurry of vacating the house.
