Yesterday auctioneers descended on Kirinyaga women Representative’s Karen home and catered away households’ items worth millions.
It’s said that a company named Flex Air Charter is claiming that the politician owes them 5M Kenya shillings over services they offered during 2017 General elections campaign but the politician failed to meet her end of the bargain.
The auctioneers raided Ngirici’s home very early in the morning, served the MP with a court and started removing households.
The NCS auctioneers Spokesperson said they were acting on court orders. He claimed that there was an arbitration but the politician refused to cooperate. The politician has claimed that she has already deposited the said amount but she is planning to move to court for an appeal since, according to her, the company moved to court without informing her and that she got to know about the case when she saw the auctioneers in her compound.
The MP who happens to be deputy President, Hon William Ruto’s ally blamed the incident on her political enemies.
She claims that the whole thing is political; that those are her enemies at play.
